If you decided you would like to have Dr. Boothe perform your Lasik procedure, then there is a $150 deposit that goes towards the cost of the surgery. This deposit allows you to continue into the pre-op stage of your appointment where you will meet with Dr. Boothe personally before your procedure. If pre-op testing shows that you are not a candidate for Lasik, then your $150 deposit is refunded back to you.
